Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: - You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. - You have completed less than 30% of the course content. - The course has not been substantially consumed (less than 3 hours of video watched). All three conditions must be met to qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: - Courses where more than 30% of the content has been accessed - Courses purchased more than 14 days ago - Certificate fees (if applicable) - Courses obtained through promotional offers or bundles at a significantly reduced price - Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Log in to your account on the Baseera platform. 2. Go to your course purchase history in Settings. 3. Select the course you wish to get a refund for. 4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason. 5. Alternatively, contact our support team at support@elmee.com with your order details. Please include your registered email address and the course name in your request.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved: - Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. - You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. - Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside the standard policy in the following cases: - Technical issues that prevent access to course content despite troubleshooting attempts - Course content significantly differs from the advertised description - Duplicate purchases made in error These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you believe this is incorrect, you may: 1. Contact our support team for a review at support@elmee.com. 2. Provide additional information supporting your request. 3. Escalate through your payment provider's dispute resolution process. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
