By accessing or using the Baseera platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, and administrators. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational purposes. You may not share, redistribute, copy, record, or resell course content. Screen recording, downloading protected videos, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Course access duration depends on the specific course terms set by the instructor. Some courses may offer lifetime access while others may have a limited access period.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Platform. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased. Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers (Paymob, Kashier, Fawry). By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider. Coupons and discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Baseera or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. Teachers retain ownership of the course content they create. By uploading content, teachers grant Baseera a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content on the Platform. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
You agree not to: - Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Attempt to bypass video protection or DRM measures - Share your account credentials with others - Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Platform's security - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission - Post false reviews or manipulate the rating system - Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's normal operation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any purchased content will cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts where the termination was due to a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or completeness of any course content created by third-party instructors. Completion of a course does not guarantee any specific outcome, certification, or employment opportunity unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
